FaceBook Crusades: Loot Edition
Facebook is one of those social networking where all sorts of interesting games make an appearance, and Crusades is one of them. You get to choose a particular religious background, then fight against others for wealth and power. Consider it a Civilization game without the exploration and diplomacy. I’m playing a Saracen, and focusing heavily on building up a defensible position, but wasn’t quiet fast enough before other players started to attack me. So, I started to attack back. Most of those that attacked me won and walked away with little, so I decided to bulk up and start attacking others.
This was the result. 6304 Gold! I can’t imagine how that feels to lose that sort of Gold to another player, when the most I’ve lost so far is around 20 at a time. Ouch! I guess I’ve made an enemy and can expect to be attacked really soon now. Luckily I’ve shored up my defenses, and I’m about to level and get some more bonuses coming my way. Booyah!
