Opine: Getting On the Wii Bandwagon
Check out the two pictures above. Looks like a Wii controller, doesn’t it? Well, it’s not. It’s a very clever knockoff off the design of the Wii controller but it’s for a simple baseball game. See that small LCD screen that harkens back to the dim and distant days of Nintendo’s original handheld games? That’s where you get to play the game.
Play: Mrs Teh Bagder in Beta
No, it’s not what you think. You might remember me posting about the Tabula Rasa beta the other day. Well, it turns out that she managed to score one of the few beta keys that were available. She’s under NDA and not able to say much about the game at the moment, apart from that the intro is very cool and that the beta is under limited testing times each day so she’s yet to try it out. She’s going to try it out today.
I’ll admit it. I’m jealous: my laptop meets all the requirements apart from the processor speed and I REALLY want to try this game. I’m just going to have to sit it out unfortunately until it’s actually launched and it’s available for trial. The few people that have played it so far — mostly journalists — have been pretty amazed by the game.
