Wow. Just wow. You need to check out this page to see just what happens when you stick a Nintendo NES into a pseudo Sony PSOne unit, brand it with a terrible name and sell it. The sarcastic review is quite fun to read to. Of course, no true console collector will have a complete collection until he has this in his hands. Just a pity you can only get it in Bahrain so far.

I’m sold. I’ll be buying a Playstation 3, and all because of Hideo Kojima and Metal Gear Solid 4. Sure, I was already interested because of a couple of games like Ratchet & Clank Future Tools of Destruction, Lair, and Killzone 2 amongst others. Okay, so I have to buy an HD television before getting a PS3. I’m still sold, and the Xbox 360 I was planning to get might want to start getting worried.

After watching the HD gameplay footage of this game on GameTrailers.com, I HAVE to own this console and this game. There are very few games that have what I call OMFG! moments but this game has a ton of them, and the demo showed them off perfectly. From the OctoCamo allowing you to change into a statue to twisting nuts to knock enemies out cold after mugging them, this game is seriously awesome. If this is what the PS3 is capable of at the low end, Microsoft might be in trouble after all, especially now that MGS 4 has had online play announced.
